What we look for
Requirements
- A genuine passion for supporting people with disability to live full, self-directed lives
- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, or related field (or willingness to obtain)
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Vulnerable People check (or Working with Children, depending on your state)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle (for most roles)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team
